Warriors Player Recognition

I would like to recognize a player from another team for sportsmanship. Last Saturday we played the Warriors and my daughter, going for the ball and scoring, inadvertently stepped on the face of the Warriors goalie. After scoring on her, my daughter asked if she was ok and the goalie replied that she was fine and it was no problem and patted my daughter on the back. Many other goalies would be out for blood.  The Warriors goalie was the complete opposite.

After the game, when my daughter told us what happened, my wife and I approached the Warriors goalie and again asked if she was ok. She said it was all good and turned to my daughter to tell her good game again.  I, as a parent and team manager, really appreciate the type of sportsmanship she displayed.

She is the type of girl that any coach would be proud to have on their team.

HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS VARSITY AND JV SCHEDULES

HS girls schedules are done. I am now waiting for fields to be assigned. I don't anticipate changes, but always check the schedules a few days prior just in case. U15 & above = $40.00 ($20 center, $10 per AR)
U9-U14 = $31.00 ($15 center, $8 per AR), Academy = $10.00 ($10 center, No AR)

U12/13 boys schedule HAS CHANGED

All Coaches: the U12/13 boys schedule has changed. There was a state team (La Roca JB) that was inadvertently scheduled. So, when you were scheduled to play them you now have a bye.

The state season starts around August 23rd.

Roosevelt, Grandview & Uintah Elementary Field Usage

Roosevelt, Grandview and Uintah Elementary school fields are shared between UYSA & AYSO teams. Arrangements have collectively been worked out to minimize conflicts with field usage.
