District 4 Academy League Information
All information regarding Academy teams can be found at the Academy link on the top menu.

Coaches - It is the responsibility of the HOME coach to contact the coach they are playing AT LEAST 48 hours prior to the game regarding their fields. Any team with changes is responsible to contact the other team's coach in the same manner.

Rescheduling - It is the responsibility of each coach to know and understand the rescheduling policy of the district. To help you with this task, we have included the current cancel and reschedule policy online.

If you are a new coach and need a username and password to enter your scores, please send feedback to the System Administrator and we will send you your password via email. Please remember to enter all contact and team information.

Tryouts - If there are any teams in the district that are holding tryouts, please send us the appropriate information (date, time, location and age groups) and we will add it to our news section of the web site.

NCYA Looking For U14-15 Girls

We are looking for experience U14 & U15 girls for the spring season. Interested players will be part of the Valkyrie program The Valkyrie Program helps the advancement for female athletes. All club and training fees are free and paid by the program. Last Year our Girls were able to receive summer training at Weber State University. District 4 Annual General Meeting - 2/25/2010 @ 8pm - Ultimate Indoor

The Annual General Meeting for District 4 will be held February 25th starting at 8:00 PM at Ultimate Indoor in West Haven. We will have elections for the following positions on Districts 4 board: District Chair, Co-Competition Director, Coaching Director, Disciplinary Chair and Risk Management/Rules Chair. If anyone is interested in volunteering to serve in one of these positions on the board please come to the meeting and have someone nominate you. YOU MUST PICK UP YOUR MEDALS

COACHES: Very few teams have picked up their medals from the fall season. Please make arrangements with Terri to get them (8014510194). She can leave them on her porch, or we can bring them to Ultimate Indoor in West Haven on Thursday night, Dec. 3. Any medals left unclaimed will be sent back to the manufacturer after 12/18/09.

As of Saturday, November 14th, all scores must be entered into the web site in order to count. Please make sure you complete this by end of day Saturday. If you have rescheduled games, please send the updated schedule information to the web master so you can enter scores. Thank You.

Rescheduled Games

If you have a game that has been rescheduled, you will not be able to enter the score until you provide the new game date/time information. Once we have that information we will activate the game for entry. When communicating the game information, please be sure to give the details of the game (division, home, visitor, original date, new date and time).

Max Players for U10 & U11 Information

In the coaches packet a paper said that the MAX number of players on a U10 and U11 team was 12. This is wrong the MAX number of players for U10 and U11 are 14.

It is the home coaches’ responsibility to notify the away team of the field ASAP. NOTIFY the opponent of the field, time and date (especially if it has changed from your scheduled time!) ASAP.

Roosevelt, Grandview and Uintah Elementary school fields are shared between UYSA & AYSO teams. Arrangements have collectively been worked out to minimize conflicts with field usage.

Restructured Fees

We have restructured the fees in the district and eliminated the team fees. The new fees are U10 thru U14 $75 for district players and $90 for state players for a full year and $50 for district players and $65 for state players for a half year. Those players U15 and up will be $70 per player. If you have any questions please call David Mills at 628-3034.
